Know that every CEPP parent is a member and may get involved in a sub-committee. It’s very simple, all you have to do is attend monthly meetings. It’s never too late to get involved!

Even if all positions have been assigned, you are always welcome in our meetings. If you would like to join a sub-committee, that is possible. You always have the right to speak during parents committee meetings, however, you will not have the possibility of voting on motions for adoption.

Meeting minutes

The CEPP is a non-profit organisation managed by a board of directors. The administration acts as liaison between parents, children, educators and the parents’ committee. Once per month, the parents’ committee gathers to update important files, to follow up on different situations, and to make decisions.

You are welcome to attend meetings even if you are not part of the executive. You then have the right of speech but not the right to vote.
