CEPP

The CEPP wishes to support parents as much as possible in order to guarantee an educational environment of the highest quality.

This is why it is important to know who to contact and when, whether it is to exchange relevant information or to submit a complaint.

Getting in touch with the correct point of contact, according to your need, will allow you to receive a response or solution much faster.

The Conseil scolaire Centre-Nord is not the operator of the CEPP, we thank you not to contact them for your requests and to prioritise the order of communication below.

Here is who to contact and why:

CEPP Centre Coordinator

• Communicate regarding your child’s needs or schedule
• Offer to volunteer in the learning environment or participate in classroom activities
• Exchange on your child’s experience in the environment (positive or constructive)
• Share a concern or any question concerning daily activities in the learning environment

Assistant Director for the Horizon Department of the Fédération des parents francophones de l’Alberta (FPFA)*

• Request a modification to our services
• Discuss a concern regarding the coordinator or services offered (ex. Submit a complaint regarding an observed intervention, a CEPP or Horizon Department employee, or a situation affecting the environment/families)

*The FPFA’s Horizon Department offers an accompaniment and manages operations for partner francophone educational environments.

Board of Directors

• Spectate at the next board meeting
• Submit your candidacy to join the board of directors
• Offer to volunteer for the CEPP
• Participate in a casino fundraiser (every two years)
• Request an intervention to resolve a conflict that was not able to be resolved with the assistant director or FPFA management

• Submit any formal complaint concerning the CEPP’s services, the FPFA’s Horizon Department, one of its learning environments, a staff member or parent if the prior steps did not allow to find a solution.
