
Know that every CEPP parent is a member and may get involved in a sub-committee. It’s very simple, all you have to do is attend monthly meetings. It’s never too late to get involved!
The CEPP is a non-profit organisation managed by a board of directors. The administration acts as liaison between parents, children, educators, and the board. Once per month, the board of directors gathers to update important files, to follow up on different situations, and to make decisions.
You are welcome to attend meetings even if you are not part of the executive. You then have the right of speech but not the right to vote.

Even if all positions have been assigned, you are always welcome in our meetings. If you would like to join a sub-committee, that is possible. You always have the right to speak during board meetings, however, you will not have the possibility of voting on motions for adoption.

Annual General Assembly (AGM) 2026
The CEPP’s 2026 AGM will take place online on Monday October 26th at 7:30pm. The documents and information on how to participate will be emailed to families who are members of CEPP a few weeks before the event.
